Mr. Lakshmi Narasimha Moorthy Karimanikkam

Executive Director and CEO

Lakshmi Narasimha Moorthy (Lakshmi) is the executive director and CEO. In this capacity, he has the overall responsibility of the organization and he is the driving force in positioning nicheBees for the long term. Lakshmi is committed to nicheBees’ mission “Achieve Customer advocacy through service value innovation”.

Prior to founding nicheBees, Lakshmi was vice president and member of the Management Committee for an European start-up. He was instrumental for the setup and growth of the Sales and Business Development of the organization . Lakshmi's prior experience includes, working for Infor global solutions and Thermax.

Lakshmi has extensive experience in Enterprise applications including advanced planning and scheduling solutions. His experience of working with customers across Europe, America and APAC on different enterprise applications on complex business requirements makes him most sought after business consultant across the domains.

Lakshmi is an engineer by qualification with a MS from BITS, Pilani. He is also a CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management).

Mr. Sanjiv Raghavan

Executive Director and Chief Strategy Officer

Apart from being the executive director of nicheBees, Sanjiv is the CSO. He is responsible for corporate development and strategy including formulation of business strategies, oversight of mergers and acquisitions, and development of new business capabilities. Sanjiv has successfully built organizations from the ground up. With expertise in management strategy and vision, Sanjiv feels that, Strategy development has become a continuous process, and successful execution therefore depends more than ever on rapid and effective decision making.

Before starting with nicheBees, Sanjiv was instrumental in managing, successful completion of multiple implementation assignments in his yesteryears of professional experience. Sanjiv started his career as a business consultant at Infor Global Solutions.

Sanjiv is a seasoned business consultant with a history of helping many clients worldwide transform their businesses, using information technology as an enabler. His expertise in business consulting and management consulting coupled with a successful delivery management and project management skills, make him an essential part of service business. Sanjiv apart from being a M.Tech from Bharathiar University is also a CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management).

Mr. Rehanesh Harindranath

Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer

Rehanesh brings a unique blend of experience in general management, corporate operations, business development and finance to lead the direction of our service delivery, business development and administrative functions.

Before nicheBees, Rehanesh was with a Dutch company as the VP - Operations. He was responsible for the strategic planning and resource allocation along with establishing operational processes/ process improvement for the organization. Rehanesh started his career in the testing domain at Infor Global Solutions and moved on to the different roles in the development cycle of a product from the developer to the lead architect.

Rehanesh has a track record of architecting various business solutions involving enterprise applications and applications for lean business. He has helped customers worldwide by making their best of breed applications talk seamlessly. His experience in architecting applications and designing application integrations has made him a well sought after consultant across the globe. Rehanesh had completed his M.Tech from Bharathiar University.

Mr. John Premkumar Vincent

Executive Director and Vice President - Special Projects

John oversees the special projects business unit of nicheBees. He is responsible for managing the company’s new business initiatives to continued success, as we look to the future. John is specialized in driving all latest technological developments and advancements in nicheBees. John brings with him a rich experience of Project Management and Resource Management.

Prior to nicheBees, John has spent 13 years of experience in various roles. He has extensive experience in delivering enterprise class products, from conceptualization to delivery. He was responsible for handling critical customer accounts. John has worked across various domains starting from CRM, SRM, SCM to Sustainability. nicheBees’s leadership team is incomplete without it’s Vice President, Special Projects.
